Refund policy

Returns

Wolk has a 30-day return policy (40 days in December). Any returns must be shipped/postmarked within 30 days of being received. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition, you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with the labels attached. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Upon reception of the returned item, we control the goods before processing the refund or exchange. When there are stains on the garments, we will need to charge you a washing fee of 15 euros.

Exceptions

Gift cards are not refundable.

Return Shipping

Within the EU, Return shipping is free. You will automatically receive a shipping label and instructions when you follow the return process on our website. When using our return service, you will be refunded in the event of theft or loss during delivery to our warehouse.

For returns outside the European Union, customers must pay for the return shipping. It is advised that customers outside the EU purchase a DHL or UPS return label from us and include the original invoice in the package. This will avoid any customs charges.

  • Norway: 370 Nkr (UPS)
  • Switzerland: 25 CHF (UPS)
  • United Kingdom: £16 (UPS)
  • United States: 33$ (UPS)

If customers outside the EU choose to arrange the return shipping themselves, possible taxes and customs charges and the shipment's insurance are also the customer's responsibility.  Please include the original Invoice and clearly mark “returned goods” on your parcel's outer packaging. Most importantly, ensure that the 'Return Goods' option is ticked on the customs declaration form to prevent any import charges and taxes from being applied. 

Exchanges

Within the European Union Wolk offers free exchanges for different sizes or colors within 30 days of your purchase. All exchanges are based on stock availability. Wolk covers both the return shipping cost and the replacement item shipping.

For exchanges from outside the European Union, customers must pay for the return shipping. It is advised that customers outside the EU purchase a DHL or UPS return label from us and include the original invoice in the package. This will avoid any customs charges.

The exchange items are sent out as soon as the returned goods have been received, processed, and approved.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a certain amount of days.
If, after a return, your order value drops below the free shipping condition, then we will not refund the initial shipping cost.
